Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Spotless Summit Cleaning ("Spotless Summit", "we", "us") is a residential home reset service operating in the Salt Lake City metro area. By booking with us, you ("you", "the member") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service scope

We perform residential reset cleanings as described on spotlesssummitcleaning.com/services. We do not provide post-construction cleanup, biohazard cleanup, exterior window washing, carpet shampooing, or other services outside the published checklist. If you need those, we'll happily refer you to a specialist.

3. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the home description you provide. On arrival, we conduct a 15-minute walkthrough. If conditions significantly differ from what you described, we will discuss adjustments before beginning. We do not silently increase the price after the fact.

4. Booking & cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule any booking by text or email. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service are subject to a 50% fee charged to the card on file. Cancellations outside that window are free. There are no contracts and no early termination fees for ongoing memberships — cancel anytime by text.

5. Card on file & charges

We authorize your card at the time of booking and capture the charge the day after the service is completed. Tips are always included; you are not expected to add gratuity. Disputed charges should be raised with us first — we will resolve in good faith before any third-party action.

6. Pets, kids, and access

Disclose pets in your quote so we can plan accordingly. Undisclosed pets result in an automatic surcharge applied to the visit. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the home for your cleaner; access details are stored encrypted in your preferences profile.

7. Guarantees

Our two guarantees — the First Visit Confidence Guarantee and the 24-Hour Re-Clean Promise — are part of this agreement.

First Visit Confidence Guarantee. The First Visit Confidence Guarantee applies to your first scheduled clean only. If your first clean does not meet the published checklist standard for the service you booked (Standard clean or Deep clean), notify us within 24 hours of completion by text, call, or email. You may choose either remedy: (1) we return to address the reported items at no charge, or (2) we refund the first visit in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. This guarantee covers checklist items within your booked scope. It does not cover pre-existing damage or stains, areas outside the booked service, conditions caused after the clean, or requests to have work done differently than the published standard.

24-Hour Re-Clean Promise. The 24-Hour Re-Clean Promise applies to every recurring visit. If any item included in your booked service falls below the published checklist standard, notify us within 24 hours of completion by text, call, or email. We will return to address the specific reported items at no charge. Re-clean scope is limited to the items reported. This promise does not cover pre-existing damage or stains, areas outside the booked service, conditions caused after the clean, or preference-based requests. If we cannot return within 48 hours, a full credit is applied to your next visit.

8. Liability

We are bonded and insured up to commercially reasonable limits. Damage caused by Spotless Summit cleaners during a visit is covered; we will resolve in good faith. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items improperly stored or unsecured.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
